What services does your organization offer?

     We offer assistance with nonperishable foods, clothing and hygiene/household products.

 

Do you take walk-ins?

    Unfortunately, we do not take walk-ins. You must call to make an appointment (601)255-3574

     

Can I receive assistance if I live in Covington County?

    At this time, we only assist three Mississippi counties: Forrest, Lamar, & Perry counties.

 

How do I qualify?

    You must be consisted low income in accordance to the Federal Poverty Guidelines of the State of Mississippi.

 

What do I need to bring to the appointment?

• Proof of residency (rental agreement, utility bill, etc.)

• Valid Photo ID

• Social Security Card (of every individual included on the application)

• Proof of income 

       -Check stub

       -SSI/Disability

       -Child support

       -SNAP/TANF benefits letter

 

How often can I receive services?

Because of the increase in numbers of families needing assistance, services may only be utilized 3x per year (not within the same month).
